1. Who we are

WizeDraft is a software service that helps licensed insurance adjusters draft professional claim reports. Our service is operated from the United States.

2. What information we collect

Account information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, adjuster license number, licensed states, and specialty. This is stored in your profile and auto-populated into every report you generate — you enter it once and never again.

Claim files. When you submit a claim, you upload files including Xactimate estimates, insurance policy PDFs, inspection photos, voice memos, and field notes. We process these files solely to generate your draft report. Files are stored securely and associated only with your account.

Usage data. We collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. This is used to maintain the service and diagnose technical issues.

Payment information. Billing is handled by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card number. We receive only confirmation of payment status.

3. How we use your information

To deliver the service. Your uploaded files are processed by our pipeline to generate your draft report. Your professional identity — name, license number, licensed states — is inserted into every report automatically.

To maintain your account. We use your email to send account-related communications: draft ready notifications, billing receipts, and service updates. We do not send marketing emails without your consent.

To improve the service. Aggregated and anonymized usage patterns help us understand how the product is used. We do not use your individual claim content to train AI models without your explicit consent.

To comply with the law. We may retain or disclose information when required by applicable law or valid legal process.

4. How we store and protect your data

Your data is stored on servers in the United States with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit (TLS 1.2 or higher). Access to your claim files is restricted to your account only.

Temporary vector embeddings created from your uploaded policy PDF are deleted automatically after your report is finalized. They are not retained or reused across claims or accounts.

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not share your claim content with carriers, insurers, or any external party except as strictly necessary to deliver the service — and only under data processing agreements.

5. Third-party services

WizeDraft uses third-party infrastructure to process and store data. These providers operate under their own privacy policies and are bound by data processing agreements with us.

Categories of providers we use include: cloud hosting and database infrastructure, AI model inference for report generation and document analysis, payment processing, and email delivery. We do not disclose specific vendor names in this policy as they may change.

6. Data retention

Your account data and claim files are retained for as long as your account is active. When you cancel, we retain your data for 30 days to allow for account recovery. After that, your data is deleted from our systems within 60 days.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@mail.wizedraft.com. We process deletion requests within 30 days.

7. Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. You may request correction of inaccurate data. You may request deletion of your account and associated data. You may withdraw consent for optional data uses at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@mail.wizedraft.com with the subject line "Data Request". We will respond within 10 business days.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your login session and service preferences. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though doing so will prevent you from logging in to the service.

9. Children

WizeDraft is a professional service intended for licensed insurance adjusters. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify active users by email before material changes take effect. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
