Common questions
Do you offer refunds?
No. All payments are final and non-refundable. We offer a 3-day free trial so you can evaluate the service before any charge. Once your subscription begins, no refunds are issued — for any reason, including partial months, unused time, or cancellation mid-cycle.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account dashboard at any time. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. Your access continues until the end of the current paid period. No cancellation fees.
What happens to my files if I cancel?
Your files remain accessible until your paid period ends. After that, your account is deactivated and data is retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted. Export anything you need before access ends.
Is WizeDraft a substitute for my professional judgment?
No. WizeDraft produces draft reports to assist your work. Every draft requires your review, verification, and professional sign-off before submission. The final report is your professional document and your responsibility.
What if the AI makes a coverage error in the draft?
The verification panels are built to catch this. You review and confirm every coverage decision before the report finalizes. WizeDraft is a drafting tool — it does not make coverage determinations on your behalf. Your review is the check.
Can I use WizeDraft for commercial or catastrophe claims?
Yes. WizeDraft supports all residential and commercial claim types. During intake, you specify loss type and structure type, which determines what questions appear and how the draft is structured.
Do you offer team or firm accounts?
Not yet. WizeDraft currently serves individual adjusters only. Firm accounts are planned. If you manage a firm and want early access, email hello@mail.wizedraft.com.
Is my claim data shared with carriers or insurers?
No. Your claim content is never shared with carriers, insurers, or any third party outside of delivering the service to you. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
